Main Goal
Our goal is to develop a system in training and capacity-building programs for youth and women development.
Summary
To empower and build economic capacity of the vulnerable women and youth through providing them with business training management skills and providing them with the Revolving Fund.
Challenge
The marginalized youth and women living in Mombasa face economic and social problems such as lack of employment opportunities entrepreneurial skill such as bookkeeping, savings culture, making business plans, group management, group dynamics, and funds to acquire start up materials & equipment
Long Term
This is achieved through capacity-building activities and policies, so as to equip women and youth with the necessary knowledge, skills and attitudes to seize economic opportunities, gain control of their lives and exert influence in society.
Empowering youth and women through capacity development for youths and women to develop them toward self-reliance and determination. We will empower women and youth with training and support to be effective advocates and change agents. The organization was formed in 2020 and registered in 2023 as vehicle for community development for the vulnerable groups in the areas such as Mtongwe, of Likoni Sub Location by its founder Rosemary Omuony. Vision to champion the sustainable development of our local communities. Mission To promote a safe friendly environment that encourages participation, survival, development and growth of vulnerable boys, girls, children with special needs and women through interventions that are community and family focused.
